Your tasks
As a Junior Recruiter / HR Manager (f/m/d), you will contribute to Homelike’s growth and success, shape further our international team with 23+ nationalities and foster an inclusive culture in all our 5 locations (Germany, Spain, France, Greece and the UK). By ensuring the smooth recruiting and HR operational processes, this role will offer you the full ownership of recruitment initiatives, employer branding and most importantly - a chance to make an impact on the company culture.

- You own the entire recruiting process and candidate experience - from first contact to first day at work
- You are the liaison between hiring managers and candidates at every step of the process and communicate transparently to deliver an excellent candidate experience
- You conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills and company fit as well as consulting hiring managers on the candidate selection along the way
- You are responsible for our employer branding and talent attraction activities (e.g. career fairs, social media content, job ads and career page) and strengthen our position as great employer to work
- You help organize company and team events as well as engaging activities for our remote colleagues
- You support our HR Operations Manager with office management, payroll and on-/offboarding (e.g. shipment of onboarding packages, contract creation, preparation of payroll or reference letters)
